It was such a hot afternoon when I installed the work. Once I was happy with the installation, I spent most of the time sitting in the shade of a tree, where I had a perfect view of my piece and the people wandering around. I saw an elegant woman walking up to the work, putting on red lipstick, kissing herself in the mirror. A young couple in love spent time posing frivolously with the skeleton, taking photographs of their amorous activities. The next day it was even hotter.
